Return & Refund Policy – Online Only

At Reality Racing, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • A full refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Ensure you include the following information inside your return package:

  • Full Name

  • Street Address

  • City, State, Zip Code, Country

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Original Order Confirmation Number or Invoice Number

  • Reason for Return

Important Return Conditions

  • If your original order included a free gift, it must also be returned in its original, unused condition to receive a full refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns, unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused packages, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Reality Racing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed return packages.

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Return Countries

  • United States (We currently accept returns only from addresses within the U.S.)

Return Methods

  • By Mail: Returns can be shipped back to us.

  • In-Store: If applicable, you may return your product at one of our physical locations (please contact us first for approval).

Return Label Process

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels, regardless of the reason for return (including defective items or remorse-based returns).

Product Conditions Accepted for Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
