Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Shipping Fee: $5.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 16 to 24 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix) to be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be treated as if they were placed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Reality Racing is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery by the local courier or customs authority.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number (if available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, weather conditions, postal strikes).
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at hi@realityracing.co for assistance.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with your local postal service or contacting us for further support.
